  • Where is my order?
    All Irish orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days via An Post . If you have any queries regarding this, please contact our customer care team with your order number and delivery address.
  • I haven't received an email confirmation, what should I do?
    Confirmation is emailed as soon as an order is placed, be sure to check your junk or spam inbox as they can sneak into the wrong inbox. Otherwise please contact our fantastic customer care team on our Contact Us page.
  • How do I send an item as a gift?
    You can add their delivery address and add a gift message can also be entered. Your gift will be beautifully packaged upon arrival.
  • My order is wrong, what can I do?
    Once your order has been placed, we are unable to amend or cancel your order if it is a custom made item. We ask that you double check that your personalisation preferences are correct prior to ordering and ensure you have inputted all required delivery information.
  • Can I Return/Exchange my Items?
    On the rare occasion that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund on any products except Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
